At VictoryLaneGraphix.com, we aim to get your vinyl prints to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping works:

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment and design approval.

• Custom or large orders may take longer—we’ll let you know upfront if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• We ship via USPS & UPS to the U.S. only.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

• Free shipping may apply to large orders over —check our site for current offers.

Delivery

• Once shipped, delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

• You’ll get a tracking number (if available) via email when your order ships.

• We ship to the address you provide—please double-check it! We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

• Save all packaging for damaged items—we may need photos to process a replacement or refund.

Limits

• We’re not liable for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

• International orders (if applicable) may face customs fees or delays—these are your responsibility.
